What Affects Your AC in Holiday.

  1. Compact older homes

Smaller 1960s–70s homes need carefully sized systems. Oversizing makes them clammy.

  2. Older electrical

Some homes need panel or breaker updates to support a modern system.

  3. Canal-front salt air

Homes near the Gulf and the Anclote River see faster coil corrosion.

“AC went off unexpectedly, they answered the call personally. Very fast response, had service tech on site same day. Was able to get warranty for the broken part - saving money. Installed soon after, did full service on unit, coached me on how to maintain it too! Great service, reasonable cost, Love AAA Airwaves!!”

“Tom did an amazing job putting in a mini split for my sun room. I am very pleased with the services of AAA Airwaves.”

Holiday HVAC FAQs.

It depends on square footage, insulation, windows, and sun exposure, not just a rule of thumb. For compact older homes, oversizing is the common mistake: it cools fast but leaves the air humid. We do a load calculation to size it correctly.
Sometimes. Older homes may have a panel, breaker, or wiring that doesn't match a modern system's requirements. We check this before quoting, so any electrical work is in the estimate up front rather than a surprise later.
Holiday is unincorporated, so permits for AC replacements go through Pasco County. We pull the permit and coordinate the inspection as part of the installation.
